Cornwall’s sprawling coastline stretches over 400 miles, taking in gorgeous peninsula views from St Just to Bude, Lizard Point to Looe. If escaping to the beautiful oceanfront has been a lifelong ambition of yours, then we can help realise your dream.
Over the years, we’ve helped clients from across the UK relocate to homes in Cornwall – crafting new unique spaces in the region that seamlessly blend with their lifestyles. Take inspiration from our idyllic coastal renovations, and spark your creativity with some of our favourite projects, here:
Bringing light and life to a tired, Victorian terrace was the aim of this Falmouth renovation. Delivering more light into the space was central to this project, enabling us to maximise the stunning sea views. Transforming this beautiful waterside property into a modern living space meant that its new owners could make the most of coastal living, but it wasn’t without its challenges. A relaxed sanctuary with a flowing layout, this beautiful space was born from an awkward house design. With odd interior angles and windows that restricted stunning water views, the original house wasn’t maximising its full potential. Open-plan living and a spacious rear extension delivered a stunning interior, whilst an elevated patio meant that the house seamless integrated into the garden, bringing an added element of indoor-outdoor living.
With a striking focal point blue door and slate-cladded walls, the resulting home allowed its new owners to enjoy the stunning views across the Carnon River in complete comfort. Learn more, here.
For many people, escaping Cornwall gives them the chance to make the most of the outdoor air and get away from the hustle of city life. At this beautiful timber-frame miners cottage, accessed only by one road, our clients were delighted to transform their awkward home into a beautiful family space that highlighted one of the best views in Cornwall. Moving from the city is a huge, life-changing decision and, for many potential re-locaters, it’s one that may takes years of consideration. In the case of our St Mawes new build, the new owners had visited this Cornish seaside spot for many years before they bought a bungalow with the vision of building a distinct and breathtaking family home on the land.
